Säntisstraße marks our fifth collaboration with Garche Immobilien: a collection of five homes designed by the company in Munich’s Trudering district. Set within a residential neighbourhood of houses and gardens, the project’s surroundings helped shape our approach to conveying the atmosphere of a future home. We created exterior and interior visualizations to help prospective residents imagine their future here and to support Garche’s sales materials. Throughout the series, we paid close attention to the smallest details, aiming for a convincing atmosphere and a sense of home that feels personal and familiar.
