Kuckucksblumen

KUK6 in Munich’s Fasanerie is a residential project by Garche Immobilien: five new houses with freely designable floor plans, in a quiet, traffic-calmed location five minutes on foot from the S-Bahn. Terodesign studio prepared a series of visualizations that show buyers the strengths of the project and the atmosphere of life here, close to shops, restaurants and three lakes. We also built an experimental 360° viewer: the complex can be rotated from a bird’s-eye view, and clicking any house section opens its price, living area, 3D floor plan, downloadable 2D plan and current status. Integrated into a sales website, it gives buyers a clear picture of every home in the project.
