Our workflow keeps each stage clear, from your initial idea to the final images. We recommend this efficient approach, refined through years of experience, to help achieve the best results within the agreed schedule.

You can come to us with an initial idea or a detailed brief - we adapt to the information you have. Email [email protected] with what matters most to you.
If available, include drawings, a 3D model or visual references, and tell us about the project, the images you need and any deadline. Mention specific image sizes or aspect ratios only if they matter for your intended use, and let us know about any confidentiality requirements.
We will ask questions and help develop the rest together.
Each quote depends on the scope, complexity, number of views and available materials. Clear drawings, suitable existing 3D models and focused references can reduce costs. We can suggest simpler surroundings or other practical options to help you stay within budget.
We agree on the schedule before starting, allowing for production and feedback. If we cannot meet your requested deadline, we tell you before accepting the project. We will also let you know if an unexpected delay arises.
During the agreed review stages, you can refine or replace individual elements while keeping the overall visual concept and agreed brief. You’re welcome to include all your comments at each agreed review stage; any additional review rounds can be discussed separately.
Changes that substantially rework an approved scene or go beyond the agreed scope may affect the quote and schedule. We assess each request individually and discuss its impact with you. Camera angles are explored at the clay-render stage; a completely new view later may need extra work, while a small adjustment does not necessarily mean an extra charge.
We correct our own mistakes free of charge, including in final images, if we missed or incorrectly implemented the agreed brief or your earlier feedback.
Email is our main channel for decisions and approvals, with WhatsApp for quick organisational questions. You also get access to an interactive Miro project board, where you can follow the full history of project updates and leave comments on each work-in-progress stage.
Several people from your team can take part. After discussing the work together, please have someone send us your consolidated feedback and final group decisions, so we know which changes to implement.
Our usual arrangement is 50% upfront and 50% on completion. Depending on the project, we can agree on other terms, such as milestone payments or payment on completion. The payment schedule and currency are agreed before starting.
Payment is by SWIFT bank transfer using the details on your invoice. We normally expect payment within 14 calendar days of the invoice date. If you need more time, please let us know in advance.
If you request a pause, or we receive no feedback for 14 calendar days after sending previews, we may ask you to settle payment for the affected images: 50% of their agreed price at the clay-render stage, or 100% once a colour preview has been delivered.
Previous payments count towards this amount; only an outstanding balance is payable. During a temporary pause, any prepaid balance remains allocated to completing the agreed work.
We keep project files for at least five years, often longer. When you return, you can use any remaining review stages within the original scope. Changes beyond that scope are assessed separately.
We normally show completed work in our studio portfolio unless different publication terms are agreed beforehand. If the project is confidential, publication must wait, or you need to restrict portfolio use, please tell us before we begin. A permanent publication restriction may affect the quote.
